Fourth race: Saturday 13th February 2010 at Aston University Recreational Centre,
Birmingham Road, Walsall, WS5 3LQ.
Race start time: 14.30 hrs. Please arrive at the venue at 13.30 hrs.
How to get there:
From Wolverhampton: Take the M6 south
At junction 7 take the A34 towards Walsall
After about half a mile, take a left turn into the Recreational Centre
The post code for the venue is WS5 3LQ.
Items to bring with you:
Spikes, Four safety pins,
BCT running shirt or vest (if you do not have one, we have spares)
For car sharing to the venue and back, meet at Wombourne Leisure Centre at 13.00 hrs.
