If you require a family membership please fill in the attached form for any adult members and return in the post to myself and fill in the Junior membership forms and return to Mark and Karen Ward Evans. ( I believe this will be sent out in the near future and posted on the website.

Please note that as we are now a limited company all adult members will have a potential £1 liability if the club got into financial difficulty and had to be wound up.
