Adult run session – November 5th
Written by clswood on November 2, 2011 – 2:26 pm -This weeks adult run session on Saturday 5th Nov will be a track session held at the Dell Stadium in Brierley Hill.
So bring your racing flats or track spikes. Cross-country spikes should also be fine but bring your trainers just in case.
